Greg graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 2004.  He received his Master of Accountancy (MAcc) in Tax from the Marriott School at Brigham Young University in 2005.  After completing his undergraduate and graduate studies at Brigham Young University, Greg enrolled in law school at University of California Hastings College of the Law, where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, with an emphasis in tax.

Greg passed the Florida Certified Public Accountant exam and became a CPA in 2005 (currently inactive status), and was admitted to practice law in both Nevada (2008) and California (2010).

As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons), Greg served a two year mission to Santiago, Chile, where he learned to speak Spanish.  He continues to speak Spanish daily in both his professional and family life.
